We had this company deliver extra gravel to the driveway at our rental property. We were told initially that the price includes spread and it would not be an issue. The day of delivery, the guy sang a different tune. They told us that spread was not guaranteed potentially because of the power lines. We let then know that the last company we used had no problem spreading it and they once again said it wouldn't be an issue. Fast forward to delivery... they did not spread the gravel and did not put it where I specifically told them to. My tenant had to pay someone to spread it, which now has to come out of his rent. His rent is VITAL to our family during these times. Not only that, but I will have to get more gravel because they did not place it in the correct place that I had explained very well over the phone. I would have told them to refund my money and I would find another company that can get out of their truck with the large rakes and spread it had I known what they would do. We called the company to ask for consideration with this and were told they wouldn't do anything about it.... even through we were told the price included spreading initially and that it wouldn't be a problem. Not pleased at all and would not use this company again.

A rock fell off of one of there dump trucks and broke my windshield. I called several times and sent multiple emails before getting any type of response. Finally, reached the VP of finance and argued with him over the phone. His words were \did you stop and get the rock?\. Like I was going to stop on the side of the highway with cars zooming past at 60 mph and look for the rock. He denied any liability and refused to pay for my windshield. He did add, \bring me the rock and I will pay for it.\ Real classy.

I was A loyal customer for 25 years and have spent millions with this company. They informed me just as I was getting extremely busy that my jobs would have to wait because they had too many commercial jobs going on. So I have had to find other companies to pour out of. The worst thing was how they treated me when I would call and try to set up concrete, it was like a joke to these people.. And when I asked earl and carter what they were gonna do when these jobs where done they replied. we will worry about that later.
