Can't say much about this place but i can say alot about the blue prints they design. I'll just mention one item that sums up how stupid these guys are. With the floor plans, they draw 4" for a 2x4 wall when 2x4 dimensions are truly 1 1/2" x 3 1/2". So over the course of the entire slab it loses a half inch ever so often. And they do it with all size walls; 2x6 being 6" on paper bit in real life its 5 1/2"! Makes it hard for the ones building the structure.
