Knowledgeable. Experienced. Honest. Took the time to fully explain every step of the Process. If you have an event in your life which requires legal assistance, then the last thing you need, is any added anxiety concerning whether or not you've \picked a good one;\ or if so, can you trust him/her to have you're best possible interests at heart? I first retained Mr. James almost 20 yrs ago on the recommendation of a coworker. I was very young. And VERY scared. I had never been in any real trouble before. When I met Mr. James, I immediately began to relax. He was warm, and funny; attentive to my concerns and fears, without molly-coddling me. He took the time to listen to my side of the story, making sure that he fully understood everything that had happened. Throughout the entire ordeal, I always felt I was in complete control of my own case. At each step along the way, he would present me all the factors involved, and probable outcomes of any choices I faced. He explained exactly what I could expect, procedurally. Then, he would step back, and allow me to make the decisions that I felt were best for me. I never felt \steered\ or pressured to decide one way or another about anything. And in the end, I was very satisfied. I have, without hesitation, recommend Gary to several friends and family members over the years.
