I will not ever do business with this company again. They have lied to me and promised to take care of the issues. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this business. Nice guy during the sale, but leaves you hanging when it comes to being there for you after the sale. Maybe the Better Business Bureau needs to get involved before anyone else gets caught up in this mess.
I would not buy another thing from this man. Yea he is all nice to you when you are but after that no. I asked him how long it the wait on a building he said two and a half weeks. Ok 6 and half weeks later still no building. I called him every week and he said I’m waiting on a email but it’s on it’s way I promise. The time on the website said that he opens at 9 or 9:30, yea right. He want pick up the phone till 11 or after. That happened every time I called. He would not let me talk to the owner of the company would not let me get my deductible back or nothing. I wouldn’t give him the time of day now. Now the delivery people was nice but they said the leveled it and used a lot more extra blocks so I had to pay them to. The ground was already pretty level. Well here it is 3 weeks later just about and I finally am able to get my ramps built and come to find out my building is no where close to being level. So I wouldn’t give them no more business either
Very happy with my purchase. The salesman, Jeff, went out of his way to assist me. The delivery crew were top notch. I highly recommend these guys if you need a shed.
