I was thoroughly impressed by my experience at Gates Honda in the Richmond location. This past year has been rough with the pandemic and everything and having my car die was not something that I needed to have happen. However Dom made the experience so easy and was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. He was able to find me an absolutely GREAT deal on the exact vehicle I was looking for and needed. He even worked up a good trade in for my old car despite it being out of working order. I cannot review this location and Dom as a rep highly enough. Very professional and genuine. If you are looking for a new vehicle and are anywhere near the Richmond area, I recommend coming here and asking for Dom. Hands down 5 out of 5 stars!

I had probably the best buying experience at Gates Honda in Richmond with Daniel! He had the three different vehicles ready for me to test drive when I showed up. Even before completely deciding on the one I wanted, he was very knowledgeable in describing the differences and details of each car’s packages (in a way I could completely understand). The final deal was reached quickly and smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Loved the atmosphere here as not only Daniel, but everyone was friendly, and they all seemed to work well together. If you are in need of a new or used vehicle, I highly suggest contacting Daniel!

Wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had at Gates Honda Richmond Ky. We have bought from other lots and we were expectant of the “norm”, hearing an offer then making an offer then having to wait on salesman to talk to his manager back and forth for a lot of wasted time. We were pleasantly surprised to arrive at our appointment and have our salesman Daniel ready for us to test drive the three vehicles that met our needs. Upon deciding on the one we wanted, the deal was struck and in writing much faster than expected. We were complete and out with our new car in half the time I had expected. Thanks to Daniel for being so understanding of our needs and making this purchase an overall great experience.
