I would highly recommend Gates Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Their sales team is polite, knowledgeable, and presents their product in a professional manner, without pushing for a sale. The product sells itself, and they do what is necessary and appropriate to enhance the shopping experience. The sale experience was painless and expedient. They were extremely helpful in locating the vehicle I desired, as I was picky about the exterior and interior colors for the product I chose. We are now a two-Hyundai family, having purchased another vehicle from Gates Hyundai seven years ago. We did shop at other dealerships and other brands, and quickly realized that both Gates and the Hyundai product rose to the top of the list with no doubt in our minds that we were getting a much better vehicle for less money, as well as realizing what top-notch personnel Gates Hyundai has.
