From the very first contact with Shane discussing which models we needed for our three sites, but also the installation by Steve and Ryan--- this was a quality operation. No jiggling and funny business with the cost proposal. Fast installation. Immaculate clean up at the end of each day (a five day installation of three HVAC units), always on time, predicable, amenable to our suggestions and changes, and over all just nice, respectful people. We are so very glad we chose Gatewood over other competitive bids, not only for a lower price, but better and longer warranty, but also contributing to a local business and closer maintenance from them in future.
