Great service by a lady I didn’t catch her name. This was one of the few places we saw compliant with masks and the place seemed clean. Good food too. It’s simple but they were fresh and quick. We went a couple of times during our stay.

Place was a little dirty in the dining room, service ok. Got the burger with my choice of toppings, Cajun fries and a drink. They had signs \Best Burger\ and other things up until 2009, none showing since then. I can understand why. Hamburger was ok, not juicy and sloppy put together. Fries were good, drink ok.
Five Guys on Parkway in Gatlinburg is a really good Five Guys to go to if you are really hungry and want consistent burgers and fries. They are worth the wait to get something good for a relatively good value. The staff here is very friendly and they do a good job to prepare your order. This is a nice place to drop in for food.
Fast service and great tasting burgers. I was surprised with the good servise since Gatlingburg is so busy. The french fries are great.
EXCELLENT service! We went late and they weren't busy at all. They were super kind - even made sure to let us know that the large fries were big enough for four people. Of course, my husband and I ordered them anyway. But it was nice to be warned! The service was fast and the food was amazing as always! My husband has celiac, so his food has to be gluten-free and not come into contact with any gluten or else he gets very sick. We ate here and let them know about the allergen issues and they handled it perfectly and quickly. It was wonderful service and he didn't get sick, which is always fantastic. Awesome job, staff!
