Really enjoyed our stay at Day Dreamer. Gatlinburg has always been one of my favorite destinations and this year wanted to try a different vacation rental company. Overall, I was highly pleased with the customer service. S/o to Jordan for being so helpful and provided some great tips. I will definitely rebook and try out some of the other cabins. Day Dreamer however was in an ideal location outside if Pigeon Forge. It wasn't too far from Gatlinburg either. The cabin itself was beautiful and clean. The amenities really made the cabin. The jacuzzi and hot tub, pool table, the arcade game which included pac man, and the board games kept us entertained. The instructions that they give when it's time to check in are a little confusing and they advise not to use mapquest. We put the address into Google Maps and it took us directly there. It would've helped to have a map instead of the written out directions. The few downfalls were that there wasn't much seclusion as there were 3 other homes in close vicinity. There's no sauna but is listed in the book. The lighting is poor getting to the house but around the house the lighting is very good. Overall I was pleased and would recommend

God's Grace is a nice and beautiful cabin. Like the cabin, very clean and good location. Only down fall is one closet in the cabin downstairs. No closet upstairs, has loft but no shower in upstairs bathroom. Shower is on main level by upstairs steps. Staff is very friendly and polite. Would consider staying in this cabin. Would come back. 9/15/2020.
Making the reservation was simple, straightforward and hassle free. This was my first time staying in a cabin and Tennessee. We chose the Day Dreamer and let me tell you, this cabin was awesome. Clean, spacious, properly stocked and having my anxiety curbed knowing we had an alarm system, bonus. Our luck, of course, the same night we got there, they had a blackout. The office explained how this could happen and not to worry. It lasted for about 2-3 hours, good thing they had the gas fireplace. The location was the best. 10 mins to get to Sevierville or Gatlinburg. The only two things I didn't like was going up the very steep hill to the cabin(it's a very sharp turn), and the small shower in the master bedroom. Other than that, I enjoyed myself immensely. My next trip will be book with them as well. Thank you.
This has been an amazing trip. We leave tomorrow but I decided to go ahead and give my review now. The Above The Clouds cabin is great! Perfect to two couples. We have really enjoyed the stay here. Very peaceful. Very remote. Very private. This is one of the cabins that is handicapped accessible. My friend has had no issues with his easy-go motorized cart. The cabin is very spacious and very clean. Kudos to the staff who service these units. I’ve always heard that some cabins are hit or miss. This one is HIT! No other cabins within sight of this one. Although, once the leaves fall, it could be visible from others nearby. But I haven’t noticed noise from other cabins at all. I heard someone’s car horn toot once when they locked their vehicle. Overall a great experience and we will return!
I spend 1600 on a cabin for a week and the cabin was infested with bed bugs. They only gave me back 500 and wanted to move me to another cabin after I already had bites and seen bugs on my belongs! Worst experience ever and a terrible company to deal with! The 500 did not even come close to the doctor bills I had to get medication for the bites or the treatment we had to get on all of our belongs! I will never deal with this place again!
