We enjoyed our day very much! We bought advanced tickets for our group (15) to snow tube. We were at 5pm which gave us some \daylight\ time and night time! Our attendants at the slope were great! The only thing I do wish they had was more protein options. Even something as easy as a turkey leg for those on a low carb diet :)

Parking fair priced, drove up to resort. Easier on child with autism than ski lift. Kids really enjoyed the activities and shopping, especially ice skating! The eateries were somewhat messy which was expected with flow of crowd. Very neat place, must chisel out some time to visit if you're in the area. Definitely a hidden gem.
The ride up the enclosed cable car with beautiful mountain views was worth the trip. For families or young adults interested in winter sports, this would be rated 5 stars. We were more interested in scenery, wildlife, and shopping. The wildlife area was much smaller than expected. The weather was cool and misting. So the animals were not easy to see. Many of the shops were actually on the lower level. So could be done without the ride up and for free. Masks were required signs were up and enforced in the cars. But not up top. Although the hygiene was not terrible, it did not reflect the sanitation we've come to expect during the pandemic. Parking was 1.5 blocks away from the ticket booth with no signs to or visible handicap spots.
We had a really really good time! I had heard that it was run down but no more than anywhere else.. The mountain coaster was awesome! The slide was fun as heck and we spent all day there with plenty to do and the kids never got bored! There's food, fun, ice bumper cars, ice skating and even a carousel (which my two-year-old could not get off of!!) Very reasonably priced And a great way to spend the day while in Gatlinburg!
Awesome views of Gatlinburg from above. The attractions are a little over priced in my opinion. The kiddos had fun and enjoyed themselves. I recommend getting there early to avoid the crowds.
