Made reservation on the phone. Was never told that you had different options fir the room that you would like. I came here to celebrate my birthday. And I am raising my two grandsons so I got the chance to go on vacation without them. Again fir my birthday. I get here they tell me you have a standard room with a view of the parking lot. This is the first time that I have tried a new motel when I came here. The other motel all the rooms are on the river. So I never thought to ask about anything else. Nor was I ask what kind of room I wanted. I will never stay here again. They didn’t do anything to try to make things right. They said I could check out immediately. And they would only charge me for the one night. And then they would rent out the room again. So they would be making double money off of the room. I am now having a hard time trying to have a good time. Thought I was getting one things. And only thing I am getting is a room on the first floor with a view of the parking lot. And heard the man in the room next to me talking about the same thing. Had to call the front desk to get cups. No pen or paper or anything in the room. Big mistake.

We shopped a little late for a place to stay in Gatlinburg but found what we thought was a nice room at a decent price online and booked our reservation. They put us up in a room that was slated for renovation and charged us for a Signature King Guestroom. The 15 yr old smoke detector started beeping around 10pm because the battery was low. The entire detector was replaced. Needless to say, the room was not worth 1/2 of what we were being charged. The next day we went round and round at the front desk to get 30 off the stay plus an additional 15%. Make sure you get what you pay for. Otherwise the bed and pillows were nice but not much else.

I loved this place! The staff was incredibly friendly, it was clean, they all had their masks on correctly (above the nose and under the chin) and it was just a short walk to get to anywhere we wanted to go! I will definitely be coming here to stay next time we go to Gatlinburg.

Clean room. A little dated, but upgrades and location made it worth it. The staff are great and when I called to request a few more towels and extra roll of tp sent them in minutes. Another bonus was that the hotel is pet-friendly. Our room was on the river and was really quite serene and relaxing as we left the door cracked the majority of the time we were there. They are renovating the burger joint that is on-site, so I'm excited about it opening up soon. I will definitely be back soon and would absolutely stay here again.

Good place to stay. Close to where you want to be and the price is good. Yes...there are reasons I wont make it 5 stars but the positives outweigh the negatives. The staff went out of their way to insure I was happy. Dog friendly also.

We switched rooms... twice! The stay was okay and the hotel was in a very good location within walking distance of almost everything however with all the inconveniences I don’t know that I’ll stay here again. They called at 1:00 on the day of check in when we were almost there to tell us there were issues with the original room and we could either move rooms or cancel, Well we were almost there and everything else was booked so I felt like my hands were tied and kept the reservation. We got there and checked into a different room which they did give us a discount for which I appreciated however within 30 minutes that toilet wouldn’t flush and we were moved again. In the next room we were in the toilet flushed, but the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, at this point we didn’t even say anything because I was not switching rooms again. On the bright side we got a competition started and now have a ‘most hotel rooms stayed in on a 2 night trip’ record to break with our next trip.

Super friendly & quick front desk staff, the lady at the desk selling tickets to area attractions- not so much. The rooms looked exactly like the pics on the website but the bathrooms could use an update. We stayed in a loft, loved the room layout and view of the river. It sits in a great location, walking distance to alot of places and its a great last minute choice for anyone traveling with a dog.

Excellent resort right in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, the perfect spot within walking distance to everything. Only complaint is shower leaked when faucet turned on in tub and not enough outlets in room. Other than that they promptly brought more towels etc if needed!
