Excellent company to work for. It’s nice and being treated like family even if you’re a guest or employee. The prices are absolutely amazing for the amenities when compared to the competition. It’s nice to be able to go in one of these places and feel like it’s really your home for the time that you are there. I wish I could give it 10 stars for the daily grind and effort that goes into each and every aspect of this company. I also see a lot of bad reviews on here that aren’t even for cabins owned by the company. You might want to check and see if you are even posting reviews for the company doing cleaning and maintenance on your cabin and not just a rental company.

I am treated like family and treated with the utmost respect. I hope i'm able to work here till I am not able to work anymore. This is by far the best company to be a part of. Would absolutely recommend this company to everyone! The Cabin Rental Store was so good to my family after everything with COVID-19. We just needed to get away and relax and we did just that! The views are breathtaking and so are the cabins! We will be coming back for many years!

Amazing company with excellent customer service. We have been going to these cabins for years. I find it funny that some of the bad reviews on here aren’t even from cabins owned by this company. I guess that’s the danger of subcontracting Rentals while other people take care of cleaning/maintenance in their own cabins? It’s really sad to filter through and See that people left their negative reviews for the wrong company.

I rented a cabin for spring break. Paid the first half in January, the second half in March, also purchased the travel insurance. Due to Covid-19, I chose to cancel the reservation, also due to Covid-19 and stay in place orders. When I called to cancel, I was told I had the travel insurance, I would need to make a claim with them. I did, claim was denied they don't cover pandemics, so I called credit card company, half of my money was returned, and they let the cabin rental company keep the other half. So needless to says I will now incur further expense to get the rest of my money back.
