Great selection and prices were in the average range for quality boots. But what sets Cowboy Way apart is Troy. He has been in the business for years and is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did a fantastic job stretching the boots I picked for purchase to fit me perfectly! Will definitely be making another trip to Gatlinburg to purchase boots from Troy!

My husband found me a georgous conceal carry leather shoulder purse. It is a rarity, because it can also be carried as a backpack. I will be returning to this store, when we take another weekend trip and stay in Gatlinburg. I am hoping to find another gorgeous conceal carry genuine leather bag like this.

Called and spoke to Ryan, before driving and hour and half to the store. Was greeted entering the store. Went in to buy an American Hat Co. hat. Ended up buying two. Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Not my first purchase, and not my last.

Love this store ️. I can't remember the ladies name that helped me and my fiance, but she was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was very impressed that she didn't pressure us at all. She was very patient and kind. Thanks to this awesome woman, we both walked out with a pair of boots that we absolutely love.
