Gator Creek Marine performed service on lower unit of my boat. When I picked it up it was leaking oil from the plugs seal. I notified them and was told they were busy and I would have to wait three days. Unacceptable.
I've gone here for parts for my Mariner outboard engine. They usually have what I need in stock and are really pleasant to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable. I'm a mechanic and don't trust many people to work on my stuff, but after dealing with these guys I would trust them to do a first rate job.
