Bought two used scooters from Gator Scooter and the customer service is over the top. They would not let the scooters leave until they were sure they were running as perfectly as they could. When we found damaged parts they were replaced without additional cost or money was taken off the price. Completely blown away with what you get for the price, the product and the service. Will be buying more from here in the future.

Run from this scooter Repair shop!!!! 6 months ago I paid 139 to have a battery put in my daughters scooter. After only 6 months her scooter would not start so I called them again to come get it. They told me it was the battery and I told them they installed a new battery 6 months ago. Three days later they called me back and said it was my daughters fault and that she must have left her lights on.. She didn't leave her lights on but even if she did shouldn't you just be able to re-charge it. But they continued to argue it was her fault and wouldn't even give me a discount on another battery. They charged me 145 this time and I was stuck because they had her scooter and there was nothing I could do. Do Not Use These guys consider your self warned. !!!!! They quote you one price then hit you with all kinds of little charges.. It costs about 25 for a battery but they will get you and not give your scooter back until you pay.. RUN!!!!!!! Tony, You couldn't have personally recalled my daughters scooter working fine before her going on winter break because it was in October that you put and charged me for a brand new battery and you never had any more experience with us or her scooter at all before winter break. And I did ask you to do something for me because it was a brand new battery with the new charge but you refused and said it was her fault and not a faulty battery or only 6 months old. Its not until I left this review on google did you tell us that you would work with us. I am 200 miles away and my daughter needed her scooter to get to class and was completely at your mercy and you were aware of that. Charging me 145 for another new battery is crazy but I was at your mercy. So If you would like to refund me some of that charge please feel free to contact me. But I know I will not here from you the same as there was no working with us when it happened. I am just letting everyone know to watch out for your service.
