I have nothing but praise of all the employees who work at the Elkin G&B. They provide excellent customer service. Their team installed ventless gas logs at my home this winter. After the install we discovered that my wife got severe head aches so they worked with us to quickly replace them with a vented unit. This kind of service is above and beyond. Thank you to Gray and Chris just to name few.

Everyone, from the Customer Service Representatives and Office Staff to the Servicemen, go above and beyond to make sure my gas logs were installed, annually serviced, and that my tank is filled so that I never have to worry about running out during a cold snap. I just wanted to thank everyone for providing a truly excellent level of service to your customers! Yesterday our water heater stopped working in the morning. Gray and Johnny arrived in the early afternoon and we had hot water again before supper time. I sincerely appreciate the efforts made by G&B to get us going again. Thank you!! the staff were very helpful with advising us on the solatubes we purchased through them. We had a problem with a contractor losing a couple of the clamps to fasten the indoor light fixture. They called the main office in California and had replacements for us at no cost to us within 3 days. I definitely will return to them with future purchases. We love our solatubes that provide lots of natural light in our attic.
They always make sure I do not run out of gas. Everytime I have had someone to come service my gas logs, they have always been honest & helpful. I would not use anyone else!
