There have been several outbreaks of covid and even though HR and management acknowledge that the work and training could be done from home, they refuse to let people train from home. No matter what they do, they can't keep people safe in that building. They know that, and they still won't transition the operation to fully working from home.

I like working here. I started Two or three week ago for a new company APS and it’s working from home which my manager cares about her employees and answers the phone if we have problems with our system. Our trainer is so nice and makes us learn until we get the hang of it. The only bad thing about it is that that training is virtually which makes it a little hard to learn but easy job.
I liked it lol, easiest job I've had. I can't believe how much they tolerated me lol. Management and employees are awesome.
Worst place to work, it's all about favoritism. I go to school and all I asked for was to start my shift 30mins earlier to make it to school on time and they refused. I have a disability and they denied my accommodation form from my Doctor. They even told me I couldn't work there anymore because they don't offer part time, which is what my doctors recommended. Outrageous..extremely high turnaround rate.
Management and Company are money hungry, can care less about the employees. Won't hesitate to keep increasing workload or task without a raise.
