Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extremely nice and helpful on the phone. FYI they price match online stores. Just bring in the site and show them on your phone. Feels great to support small local businesses! Give them a try for all your hiking, climbing and outdoor needs!

Excellent, knowledgeable service and quality products. The store is not a big box store. The products seem to have been chosen with care and the owners and staff are very knowledgeable about the pro's and con's of each. I received excellent assistance in choosing a water purification solution, insect repellent, hiking boots for SE Asia, and a backpack I've been looking for for 3 years. Gear for Adventure had some nice clothing options too. I restrained myself this visit but I'm looking forward to my next trip.
