35min on hold to get transferred to someone else to hold 27 more minutes to just have the lady say, I'm sorry I need to transfer you to another dept. Um.....excuse me, that's what the last guy did. Do you even train these people!?

If you get a insurance plan, Its a joke. I was told I would have to pay more than my phone was worth to get it replaced, I bought it for 50 after they messed up on my original phone when it was about 110 with no discounts, I thought that was awesome! Then I dropped my phone and went to use the plan and was told it would be almost 50 to replace it and they wont even attempt to repair it. I will never buy a geek squad plan again, waste of my time and money. I get why a deductible has to be charged (New phone comes out, and an "Accident" happens, Rendering the old phone unrepairable and then someone gets a nice new phone for just about nothing .) but please bring it up when buying the plan.
