Worst customer service ever they have me waiting for 30min to an hour every time I come don't even acknowledge me i dont know why they set appointments if they are never on time or if they don't have staff to take the apt. the guy I worked with never knows anything I'll talk to someone on the phone who is so helpful answers all my questions and in store its like they have none of that information. Just so unhelpful.
Totally nice park my daughter loves the swings and slides there's some nice walking trails not a huge park but very nice
Called them frantically in the morning because my laptop got water on it and wouldn’t turn on. The person who answered the phone helped me make an appointment for later that day, assuring me of general turnaround time and that in more severe cases it has to be sent out elsewhere. Fine with me as long as my laptop gets fixed. I arrive at my appointment, and the guy at the desk asks if it’s under warranty. It’s not, it was a gift from a company where I used to work. He said they can’t help me, they don’t do anything if it isn’t under warranty. THEN WHY DID YOU MAKE ME AN APPOINTMENT AND TELL ME THIS WAS SOMETHING IN YOUR REPERTOIRE. He said whoever helped me over the phone must not have been educated in their “most recent policy changes.” I asked him what places in the area COULD help me. He said he didn’t know any. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? These people deserve every one-star review they’ve gotten.
They are never able to properly assist here. Every time I have brought in an Apple product for repair, there is always some reason why they cannot fix it. Super annoying that Apple even has them as a partner when they don’t help.

Worst experience ever! That had my computer over two weeks and could not figure out what was wrong with it. Finally received a call and they said it was the hard drive. They said 65.00 new hard drive and 85.09 for data transfer. I receive another call 2 days later that my computer can't be fixed,now my computer can't be fixed! And they won't even return it powering in they said it was not there fault. Store refused to do anything about it.. These people are incompetent and have no knowledge about the devices they are working on! Think twice before coming here!
