This morning I took my HP officejet to kildeer Best Buy to geek squad. The reason for my visit was because I had a paper jam and they should have removed it but apparently not. I told them to remove screw bottom of the printer and they were like we don’t do that. Then I was thinking to myself these guy are geek squad and they fix computers and all but not unless you have geek squad protection. So I googled on how to remove paper jam and removed it myself.
My husband and I are senior citizens and without the Geek Squad, we would never be able to have a computer. We know very little, but they always have the answer to our problems and always get our computer up and running in no time. Thank you Geek Squad!!!
