Best computer repair place around. After taking my laptop to multiple repair places and them not being able to identify the problem I brought my laptop here. The diagnosis’s and repair took a couple weeks because they had to order a part for it but their pricing is very fair and reasonable for the incredible work they do. Would use again for any phone/computer issues.

Someone I know went there to get a estimate on getting a screen fixed. When they decided they didn't want to spend that amount of money they went back to the store to pickup the laptop. The employee rudly spoke to the other employee out loud saying "this is the person who doesn't want to pay to get their screen fixed".

My laptop screen wasn't coming on so I brought it in for a diagnostic. The girl with the fun hair was really sweet, but I felt like the guy talked down. 5 days later, I got a call that they believed my computer was infected with some viruses that was slowing it down and they wanted to keep it for another '48-72 hours'. 120 to clean it. I picked it up, the screen came on somehow, I downloaded McAfee and ran a scan....no viruses came up. I feel like this is something they tell people instead of 'I don't know' and 130.00 seems excessive for a virus scan. Furthermore, when I asked why it would take 2-3 days he said "they have special told". I smell a scam. I would just say beware.
