We’ve been using Carpe Diem for years. Their expert craftsmanship and knowledge of ornamental iron is unmatched. Mike and his crew also have great customer service. One of the biggest advantages of using Carpe Diem is their keeping of scheduled dates, which as a contractor is important that everything stays on schedule. I would highly recommend Carpe Diem Iron.

Carpe Diem is the only choice! I would highly recommend Mike and his crew. Mike gave us an estimate for replacing our wood post and banisters with wrought iron. We had many questions and Mike had all of the answers. The out come was better than we imagined. It was truly a pleasurable experience working with Mike and his crew.

Mike has done a few metal frames and rails for me. One was a double sliding gate door that wasn't a typical situation but he was able to come up with a solution and made it work to my satisfaction. Will definitely use on future projects.
Every job I've seen Mike goes on, everything is perfect being and double or triple checked with spent time sketching everything perfectly from the iron posts to the iron gates. You can see the quality craftsmanship in all of the images on his website. His iron work is impeccable and you won't find another ornamental wrought iron contractor in Baton rouge that produces this kind of quality. His stair railings and custom iron work were amazing with the detail and how well they were designed, welded, powder coated, and installed.
