Incredible! I got mudslide (which I love as a dessert flavor in general) and the dairy free coconut. The coconut was refreshing and a nice mixture with the heavier chocolate mudslide. The mudslide was legit some of the best gelato/ice cream/frozen dessert I’ve ever had. Definitely will be getting again. The chocolate chunks were big and delicious but not overly sweet, more of a rich chocolately flavor to balance out the whole mudslide flavor. Fantastic! Also the place has a great view. Two locations I saw on Pearl.

The service and taste are both exceptional! Didn’t expect to have such good gelato in Colorado. The thickness was perfect, didn’t melt as quickly as sorbet or ice cream in the heat. Their waffle cone is quite good too. The flavors are a bit lighter than I expected, may have just been that the sugar levels are higher cause they tasted sweet rather than flavorful (I ordered the Colorado Peach and Lavender Poppy). Overall, a nice place to visit and the service is really kind! They adhere well to social distancing too!
Unfortunately we had a not so positive experience our first time at Gelato Boy. The girl at the counter was very short with us when we asked her questions about which flavors were best (as it was our first visit), and extremely rude to two older ladies behind us. Ice cream was amazing but customer service was maximum 2 stars!

I went here twice during my visit to Boulder! The coffee chip and chocolate chunk were my favorites. The flavors were intense and I love how thick the ice cream is. I enjoyed two scoops after an epic hiking day and it was worth every little bit :P
Should not have stopped here. Was already full, but the samples were just exceptional that I couldn’t pass. Cinnamon flavor was amazing and Wake and Bake was pretty good as well. The flight was good to share between two people. Very nice little shop, highly recommend!
Yummy end to any date night. Love that they have sorbet options as well as gelato. It’s a bit higher end on the pricing, but it’s well worth it. Definitely recommend visiting their shop or checking them out as part of your trip to the Wednesday Boulder farmer’s market! We got a scoop of white chocolate cherry and salted caramel. The two blended together in a nice harmony that I would definitely say you should try.
Gelato was very good and the staff gave great recommendations. No inside seating which was understandable because of COVID.
