Can't really say that i was fully satisfied because it was a cold night and they didn't have propane for their heaters so we couldn't really enjoy our meal. I understand after the weekend you might run out of certain supplies but you figure you might want to keep your customers happy. Aside of that the servers were polite food was great but a lot of missing items.

My husband and I love bringing our family here. The ambiance is nice. It’s all you can eat with a variety of meat selections. The staff is always great and attentive. The quality of food is great. We’ve never had a bad experience here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you are a meat lover!
Exceptional service and food here at Gen Korean BBQ in Chino hills! environment was nice and cozy with the heaters going and the lighting was perfect as we were being seated this evening. We appreciate the hard hustling stuff and the great quality of food!
It was a cold experience. You eat outdoors and one of the outside patio heaters near us ran out of propane and they're out of propane that night, so dress warm. Other than that, friendly server and food is good, similar to other gen K-BBQ in socal.
First time loved it!!! It's a fun experience , amazing decor, nice place to go with friends, family or a date. Alcohol friendly, hope to make it back soon. The food selection is amazing and nice to play roulette with if you want to try something new.
