Terrible customer service. Walked around the store for 5 min before the two dudes on their computers even acknowledged my existence. Had to drop my keys on the counterand cough loudly before they looked up. Even after that, I was standing there for about a min. Plus their welding jackets are complete garbage (the yellow leather sleeves dye ur arms yellow. Makes it lol like ya have jaundice lol). Burned holes in two shirts in two days, tried to return and they wouldn't. I asked if I could exchange for some gauntlet gloves and they tried charging me for them. When I said I'd never be back again, they flipped their script real quick. Gave me the gloves for free and said to come back in in three days and they'd give me a "screamin deal on a full leather jacket." I went to Norco, spent about 10 more, and got a quality product that I still use today (That had yet to allow sparks to burn shirts). Plus, Norco has customer service that is leaps and bounds beyond general distributing. If I could give 1/2 a star, I would....
