I was a little disappointed with Genes. I got a new camera with accessories and had a quick question on how to use something. Every one told me to go there because of how great they are to work with and how knowledgeable they are. The guy acted like he had never seen the accessory at question. He couldn't answer how to use it but could definitely tell me it was not good quality. If he knew it wasn't good quality he should have known how to function said item.
