Gene’s is the absolute best dealership we have ever bought vehicles from. We are going on vehicle number 5 and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We have since moved to Texas, but chose to trade in one of our cars at their dealership again and make the trip to Tacoma Washington to do the trade. Well worth the extra effort. They are always honest, knowledgeable about all of the products and will treat you like family, unlike other car dealers. They are not your typical sales people. It is family owned and I’d do it all over again. You never feel cheated or unfairly treated. Most honest crew I have ever come across. All in all, not your typical sales people. We give them a 10 out of 10!

Bobby was very helpful in aiding me with my first vehicle purchase from a dealership. I had a vague idea of what I wanted and Bobby showed and walked me through every vehicle i was curious about. When I finally decided, the whole process was smooth sailing. Even though the vehicle i purchased was spanking new, the vehicle was still detailed and cleaned thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend Gene’s if your looking for a vehicle, at least check out the lot.

I haven’t bought a vehicle from this dealership before, but I’ve had warranty work done and they’ve always been super helpful and attentive to getting back with me and giving me updates on my vehicle. Great customer service at Genes today! Took my car in for an oil change, but last night my heater wasn’t working. I used the key drop box because I had to go to work early. Not an hour later I got a call saying they had gotten my key and would be calling later with info on my heater issue. Not only did I get a call, I got an email explaining, in writing what the issue was. I called and asked about my service plan or warranty, he again said he would check and call, I got a message with my information and my car would be ready to pick up. When I went to pick it up, I was able to speak with Spencer, in person. He had my car warming up outside within 5 minutes. Thank you so much to Spencer, Susan and Gena (always) for such great customer care! You guys rock! ️

They will help you through it all they’ll even make sure that you are in good hands ️ First time to finance my very first car, I even got my car today && I’m so happy that I get to know them && they make everything so easy for me I will recommend them to whoever wanna get a car especially when it’s your first time. btw they are very smiley , they will smile at you and make sure that you are comfortable. If I could give this place zero stars I would. It’s been over a month since we bought our jeep. When we bought it they told us all it needed was a quick inspection and we would be good to go. Every time they give us a date for it to be done they just so happen to find “something else wrong with it” and some how make a 6 hour fix a 3 week long fix. We feel like we aren’t a priority because we’ve already bought the jeep. We are stuck with it... but I hope you don’t make the same mistake by purchasing with this dealership!
