I pay 115 a month for the internet to go out on average once a week. Then when you call the lady on the other ends get really snotty \well we show you have service\. They refuse to send someone out to look at equipment which after the 5th call of no service you would think they would send someone out, but they just wait for it to come back on itself. Terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone on weekend so if you only use internet and no cable like me and it goes out on the weekend your screwed till Monday cause they say they monitor there machines which is another lie they won't call you back till Monday. Then their go to is blaming your equipment. Do yourself a favor go get dail up!
This is the most ridiculous provider of an internet service. You pay way to much for the complete lack of service. Best packages cannot stream, game, really anything you need it to do. I apologize to anyone that makes this mistake!
There customer service is ok, the field technicians are great. Experience issues monthly with connection, and since I am paying for premium service and at best getting ok service I think it's a poor value.
Incredibly unreliable internet connection. We frequently have to call to have them come adjust our hardware, which usually doesn’t help anything. The representative on the phone is extremely rude, unhelpful, and is clearly “over” our case (if our calls are even returned). Can’t do a google search, let alone play games or do video calls for work. Wretched.
