Sales staff was pleasant and helpful. The sales experience was honest and straightforward. Only problem was complete lack of response on the part of certain staff in the "business" office when I was trying to get my registration (it took 15 days) and other paperwork. Practically no one had a business card so communication was impaired from day one.
