If I could have an option of a negative or zero star, I would choose that. This following story is completely about this dealership not about a vehicle. We own a Genesis, including 3-year complimentary service valet. Thus, I made a service request and received a confirmation email and text. However, on the day of the appointment, nobody picked up the vehicle. What a weird! We made a phone call to ask why. They said that the dealership has not provided the service valet since the outbreak and hung up without answering the question, "why did you send a confirmation in that circumstance?" Because of that, we wasted a week and we were stuck at home to wait for the service. I understand that people might have different stances about health and safety issues in these unexpected circumstances. However, I don't understand the attitude and the manners to respond customers having rightful questions and requests.
