We use Culligan for whole house water system, and an osmosis water filter system on kitchen sink . The person who answers the phone at Culligan is amazing. (I've trained many such an employee). She is always friendly, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable and helpful. The repair and/or delivery personal is always on-time, friendly, professional, and helpful. Customer service matters a LOT of this company. They live this core value. Culligan employees, I appreciate your consistently excellent service.

Always prompt, courteous delivery people. Systems are easy to use and do a great job. Having the osmosis water filter system has given us pure, great tasting water and we don't have to lug the cases of bottled water we used to purchase . That's good for the environment as well Happy customer!

IT just works. Yes there is adding salt and pleach, but other than that, it just works. If there is an issue I have NEVER had to wait more than a day. They show up when they say or they call you with an updated time estimate and it is never been more than an hour. Each technician (and several have come through in my 8 plus years of being a customer) has respected the property, kind, professional and because I like to understand whats going on, always explain the what and why things are going on. They test the water quality at different locations for no other reason than to ease my mind. I could not be happier
