Geneva Travel & Cruise is highly professional in every Aspect of travel. I have used them for all my trips and have never been disappointed in the service I receive. Terri and her team are very caring and provide the professional service, answers and you won’t find anyone else in the Fox Valley Area who works harder. I have recommended them to all my friends. Sure you can book online but, she has packages that were less expensive and if you get in a bind during your travel she is there to help. They have great follow up, ideas and provide personalized travel for any budget. Terri is a gem!

We booked a European river cruise that was originally scheduled for 2019 October but due to personal events we had to postponed our cruise to end April. With the outbreak of COVID-19 we had to reluctantly cancel the cruise . Through the entire process of changing dates of our original cruise and the cancellation due to COVID-19, Terri was extremely helpful and patient with us providing us lots of option and information. Even though we live 13 time zones away from her, she was always prompt and provided us the highest level of service. She helped us secure a total refund on the cruise and provided information on other travel matters that she did not even arrange. That's service beyond call of duty. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking to travel anywhere in the world.

I have to give a shout out to my travel agent Geneva Travel & Cruise. She is amazing!!! And very highly recommended. She helped me plan our 39 person family cruise, sometimes making multiple changes in one day. She offered her expert advice and guidance. She took so much stress off of me and helped me to remain calm when I found myself getting \worked up\. Thank you Terri for yet another job well done. We used Terri the first time in February when planning an Alaskan cruise. Everything was perfect and we did not have a single glitch along the way. Next up is a Caribbean cruise and we went right back to Terri for her help. She's prompt, thorough and always a pleasure to deal with.
