I hired Hogan Design & Construction for 2 different projects. First was to remodel a bathroom and second was to install a sliding glass door exit to back patio. I couldn't be happier with their work. Really professional and turned out exactly how I had hoped it would turn out. On top of that, the team at Hogan Design does something rare in the contractor world. They communicate. Even more rare, they do exactly what they say they are going to do. I have been burned in the past by other contractors but that wasn't the case with Hogan Design. They did their work on time, on budget, and exactly how they said they would do it. I highly recommend Hogan Design & Construction to anyone looking to get work done.

Hogan Design & Construction was a pleasure to work with. Brian and his team were always courteous and professional. When we had obstacles Brian was attentive and workable. The end product was a great building that won awards from the city & we get tons of compliments from the public. I would do business with them again.
We contacted Hogan after seeing their name pop on several Facebook recommendation posts. We liked the idea of having a one stop shop for all our design and contracting needs. We were interested in adding on an in-law addition and were very overwhelmed on where to start. After contacting them through their website, we had connected within a few days and set an appointment up about a week and a half out. Before the visit, they requested us to fill out a questionnaire so they had a good idea of what we were visualizing, our budget, and things we valued. Brad showed up on time for our appointment and listened respectfully to our thoughts. He was friendly, informative, and helped educate us on his reasonings/suggestions. As a couple who has never done something like this before, we really respected his advice and time. He also shared with us how their process works and even gave us a \start\ on what things could cost. This helped us put everything in perspective right away and gave us the opportunity to ask more questions. Eventually, my husband and I decided not to move forward with the project as we are unsure if our current house will be our forever house. We are so thankful for our experience and recommend others to reach out.
