Wait on hold for 5 minutes. Someone picked up, then immediately hung up. Mistake, sure. I'll try again. Please wait-automessage. Pickup. Shift of hands, then hangup. Third times a charm right? Nope. nearly 45 minutes of my life are wasted listening to auto-message extolling how my business is important and someone will be with my shortly. Busy day or not, give me ANY reason why I should ever return to red lobster again? Tell you what. Once the manger and staff from Geneva, Illinois, 60134 location are fired, and the new manager apologizes for the awful customer service. Then I will consider coming back. Sorry, you dont even deserve 1 star. Update: I was contact here in Google Maps review, and via my FB post. I will follow up to share the particulars of this quite unfortunate experience. At this point, I will leave my rating at 1 star, pending further discussions.

Enjoyed our birthday lunch with the family! The staff was very friendly. When the electricity went out due to an incoming storm; one waitress came around to notify a customer's window was down, and offered to run out in the rain to close it. They all came over to the table to sing happy birthday with an ice cream! Btw, The cedar salmon was delicious!
Food was delicious and felt the social distancing and disinfecting seen at other tables was strictly adhered to. Service was not bad... just lackluster considering we were there to celebrate a 2 year old birthday. Used to more enthusiasm and friendliness from serving staff... one of the stronger reasons we went there. Makes all the difference from us going to a different location or a different restaurant altogether.
Doing our part to support Locally owned franchises during this time. This location has great service, clean, and has been a staple in the community. Food was done well, and came out timely. Tasted good too. I wouldn't mind going back, whenever I visit the area again.
