Horrible customer service when you call exorbitant fees for resume service 50 in the middle of a billing cycle. 75 for a return can fee when I asked the customer service rep where to return the can so as not to have to pay the fee she said she didn't know. No garbage pick up on 1-3-20 was told that they had already canceled our service without any E mail or text to let us know that the service had been canceled. We will find another service that doesn't charge exorbitant fees for garbage .
My rate went from 64 per month to 100 per month. When I cancelled service because of the high cost they said it would cost me 75 to pick up the trash can. After a fuel, recovery and administrative fee, it cost me 115.14 to pick up the trash can. I was also charged 23.00 for what they said was the first part of billing cycle even though I canceled before the due date of the next billing cycle. I now have a new trash company that charges 60.00 per quarter and I am pleased to be done with Waste money Management. They will never get my business again.
Terrible company. Would give one star if I could. Have a monopoly on village residents and when everyone else has bulk items out I get told no sorry truck is full call for a bulk ticket. Call them and they have all kinds of restrictions no one ever follows and can’t do the pickup for a week.
Terrible service! They have no arrows or any sort of direction in which way your suppose to dump at. The bulldozer guys are rude! They yell at you when you dont dump! They have one guy sitting their and not telling you when it's ok to dump. Then you will get stuck if it rains then they will say your holding trucks up! When they can clearly see your stuck in the mud. Do yourself a favor go to Painesville Lake county waste and it's way cheaper.
