This place is a meat lovers paradise. Being able to customize your bowl give you complete and total control. I have a number of clients near Waugh Chapel, and I always plan my visits around lunchtime so I can stop here to eat.

Came in. Ordered our food mine came out 1st 5 minutes later my wife's came out, came out wrong. So they had to redo hers. As I sit here waiting and my gets cold. Very slow service more interested in the group that was having a birthday. Very very disappointed, what a way to end what other wise was a good night. My bowl, nice and cold now, hers steaming away. Will not recomend to anyone to come here . Very sad. Thank for ruining a good night G.G. staff
It was good. Staff was okay. Was nervous about it bc it's raw food setting out like buffet style & u choose items season, oil in a bowl to be cook. Think bowls are expensive for size but portions come out ok. Depending on size of bowl u choose u can get sides ex: rice, egg, cabbage, tortillas(2). I had medium bowl & ginger ale w/tip 20.\u200d️ Probably want go back, simply bc I don't like the idea of raw food just sitting there all day. The containers seat in a ice bar but how many people or insect (flies)come in contact w/items???
Ordered online. Went throgth the prompt and added our food, lots of veggies, sides and with an egg on top. Paid, website said it'll be ready at 855, get there at 9. They tell us it'll be another 10 minutes, 15 minutes later we get all our food, the lady didn't show us it and us in our hungry ignorance trusted them to had done their job. Get home state eating noticing there's no veggies under the pile of meat, very little rice and none of the spices we requested were really put on there. As well my daughter's plate had no rice at all! Tried calling the store but no one answered. Terrible experience! The only reason we didn't turn back was it was 25 degrees and we were really hungry.
This is an excellent place to eat. It is in a large shopping center off a main road. There is plenty of parking around the restaurant but very little near the front of the store. The night we went it was not very crowded and we got a booth for 8 quickly. The waitress came to take our order and explain that you choose your dish size (small, medium and large) and then take your bowl and fill it as much as possible at the food and sauce bar and then present it to the cooks with your name and choice of 2 or three starches. I got spicy chicken with teriyaki sauce, noodles and rice. Once the food is cooked they deliver it to your table. The price is a little expensive but you get a lot of food (make sure you fill your bowl full!!) and it is delicious. Service was very friendly but did not visit the table very often. Overall, a very good place to eat.
The people are always friendly. Ideal place to visit between 1130a and 1p on Sundays. I enjoy creating my own dish! Add your preferred spices and sauces for a truly unique dish!
Horrible! Customer service: worst place ever. We were today, January 20, 2020 for a to go order. First, someone took care of us after 30min bearing there since with mention the hostess that we would like to order to go. The waiter who finally took care of us was rushing us taking the order while she was talking with another customer and did a mess in our order. Second, I don’t know how this place has passed the food inspection rules. The hostess was cooking the food without the proper hair cap and her long (very long) hair was over the food while she was cooking. The result: the food with a disgusting taste and look. I attached the picture so it is an evidence how the food was given to us. I would not recommend going there to anyone
