Everytime I come here, gotta wait outside because someone is taking a break. They're taking a break right now. Cardboard sign says bathroom break. Been a long bathroom break. And nobody answering the phone either. Only gave 2 stars because the rest if their shops are on point. This one needs new management.

the staff had some outstanding customer service. i had to opportunity to speak with a worker by the name of Natalie i believe and she was very tentative and helpful when i was selecting product. she definitely was knowledgeable in the different selections.
