I have waited almost 2 months for a piece of paper saying my court date and it still hasn’t shown up. And they never answer the phones

What’s the point of having a phone if no one is going to answer it, even during supposed “hours of operation”. I’d rather be put on hold for an extended amount of time rather than just flat out ignored.
