Installed the new Starlink dish (\Dishy McFlatface\). Mike did a fantastic job problem solving and figuring out what was the first Starlink install for the company. Arrived the day after I called. From arrival to departure: 2 hrs. Highly recommend.

I called for my TV antenna reception was poor. They sent a man out to diagnose the problem, and he gave me a quote. 340.00, I approved it. He replaced the pre-amplifier in the crawl space and the amplifier on the TV tower mast, everything worked well. Several months later the reception was lost, I saw that the wire from the antenna was dangling in the air. I called them and sent pictures to them at their request. They responded they would take care of it, with they would send out a repairman the next time he was in my area. Four months later and multiple calls, they havent come out yet. The same response, (next time he was in my area). I am only 13 miles away. So, dont look for quality service from this place.
The staff at this facility are extremely rude. I had a mishap with Dish who erroneously instructed me to ship a receiver back by sending it to this location which I did. Mind you I paid the shipping for it to be sent here which is over an hour away. A man from George’s called me on a Friday and left a very curt message about having no idea why the receiver was sent to them and that it needed taken care of, someone needed to come pick it up. I did not get this message until later in the day so was unable to respond that day. My intention was to contact Dish on Monday to see what the deal was and figure out what I needed to do. On Monday morning I received yet another rude, curt voicemail from George’s stating a prior message was left and that if someone did not come get the receiver it would be disposed of! I contacted the man and let him know that Dish was who instructed me to send it over there and that i was trying to get ahold of them to figure out what I had to do. I was able to get ahold of Dish and found out I should not have been told to send the receiver there and that I needed to ship it back to Dish. A mistake had been made. Whoever I dealt with at George’s treated the situation very poorly and was incredibly unprofessional. I did not just pick their name out of a phone book and decide to send my broken receiver to them. It was simply a mistake that could have been dealt with compassionately and kindly not by being rude, nasty, and unprofessional.
Was sold a product that didnt work as it was supposed to. Try to get some type of support from George's Radio and was told to go through the company providing the service. That company told me I wasnt in a good service area and should've never been told I'd get good bandwidth. Now I'm out 220 because George's radio wont accept returns on the equipment they sold. Information that should've been disclosed upon purchasing the equipment.
