Absolutely an amazing business. Locally owned and operated, wonderful employees both in office and roofers. They completed seven of my rentals, including my home. All seven roofs in four days! When I was desperate to find a roofing company Sean came to my rescue! I just had my second baby, he was generous enough to come to my home and walk me through the entire process and all paperwork, he also went to each job ensuring the Apex roofing team was clean, fast, and efficient. Sean was also generous enough to speak to my tenants and keep them updated or answer any of their questions they had at that time. It was truly a great experience with this company. Outstanding team!

There are lots of roofers in our area, many who get good if not great reviews. We vetted at least five before deciding to go with Apex. In addition to consistently positive reviews on Yelp and here on Google, I was specifically impressed by Mason and Matthews attentive and courteous communications from the first time we met, in working with our insurer and the roof inspector, and until the job was finished. We dialogued primarily via text and it didn't matter what time of day or evening there was always a quick reply received. They were patient with our many questions as well as our indecision as to which color and manufacturer we wanted to go with. In addition to providing detailed information about the materials and installation process, they gave us numerous addresses of previous installs such that we could view the different color options available-those colors that we were considering for our roof. Importantly, we chose to have this project during what turned out to be a rainy few weeks. Post a few rescheduled dates, there was a window of one, maybe two days were there would be clear skies. Mason and Matt coordinated two crews to come out and finish the job in just one day! In addition to there getting the job done in just one day, their crews were conscientious relative to clean up as well. This was important to us as most often this was the complaint that we read relative to other companies. Not only did Matthew walk the roof and property the next day to ensure all was cleaned up, he took some cool drone pics too. See attached. In short, we highly recommend Apex.
Apex was the only roofer I contacted after last year's hailstorm. there were plenty of roofers in the neighborhood and plenty of options, but Apex was my only consideration. Sean Busse was my project manager, he was informative, confident, reliable, responsive. He took the time to explain the process and set expectations. He was able to fit me in earlier than scheduled due to the shingles coming in early and I so appreciated his contacting me for that. I also had a solar attic fan installed which I am extremely happy about. Thank you Apex!
We had a hail storm on 5/28/2020 in Georgetown that was quite extensive as roof contractors were kept busy until the fall. After viewing the workmanship of roofs and talking to various home owners on our block, I contacted the 3 best companies. We were very impressed with the service that we received. Everything that Matt promised from the arrival of the shingles ,workers arrival to completion, pick up of trash, gutters replaced /painted all done in a timely manner. (some neighbors waited forever for their contractors to start work or even do the gutter work.) Everyone was very professional from roofers, gutter guys and the office staff. I plan on calling Apex first for all our roofing work!
I have had the pleasure of working with this company for several years. They have an excellent staff and truly put their customers first. If you are looking for a reliable company, this is the place to call. Ask for Jennifer - she is AMAZING!
