Thankful I found Bar 3 ranch. Knowing the source of my grass-fed grass finished beef has become a huge objective of my family since getting educated on how meats are cared for and processed. With purchasing my meat from Bar 3 Ranch I know exactly that. But besides it being healthy and nutritious for my family this grass fed grass finished beef is the best tasting I’ve had in the 8 years of been on this path.
The folks at Bar 3 Ranch really put a lot into making sure we have access to great tasing healthy beef! We are a family that has seen the benefits of eating eating grass fed beef, especially with my wife's auto immune issues. We are big fan's of Bar 3 Ranch their ranching program. It is so easy to order from them and then pick it up if you are local to Georgetown, TX. If not just order and have it shipped. I don't really like skirt steak...the flavor and lack of tenderness has always put me off. So testing the skirt steak and ground was the test. The skirt cooked mojo style and the burger cooked with just salt and pepper and oh man!!! We just had to order more! The bonus is that Rusk brothers are some of the nicest folks on the planet!!!!
This is the best beef I've had. I've come back 4 times to purchase 1/4 cows from Jeff. I appreciate their dedication to making the beef healthy AND age it for max flavor.
