Chance started our house in late 2017. I'll be the first to say this build was not an easy build by any means. We had architectural errors in our plan, and this was our first custom home so we were pretty naïve to the process.. Luckily for us Chance had patience and knowledge to work with the architectural problems, and guide us with the build. Our home was completed in 2018, and the quality is what you would expect from a great builder. Chance to this day will still answer our call. We've asked him multiple times for advice on things we were wanting to do on the house, and he has no problem referring a vendor to complete the job. We built a pool after the house, and we ran into some issues with the build. Chance came by on his time, and took phone calls to help get the project completed. A lot of builders will disappear after the house is complete, but you won't have that issue here. If you're looking for a builder that is going to be with you before, during, and after the build then Chance is a perfect fit.

Chance has built two of our homes now. He takes great pride in his work and it shows in ALL of his homes. Great builder to work with!
