I started doing business with Connect Hearing about 3 years ago. They helped me with an old hearing aid. When it was time to relace it, they let me test a couple of models so I could choose what best suited me. Jim took time to help me understand the features and make them comfortable. Dorothy has been very accommodating with scheduling appointments. Jim and Dorothy work well together and operate a very efficient office. I am very happy with the service and equipment and will highly recommend Hearing Connect to my friends.

Dorothy always goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule, and continually offers earlier appointments when there's a cancellation. Jim spent as much time as needed to ensure that I understood every feature and function of my new hearing aids. He also met with me to diagnose an issue that was caused by some of my phone settings. Bottom line, great service every time! Would highly recommend Connect Hearing.
