Extremely disappointed in Dr Downie and his level of care for my late father as he reached the end of his life. Dr Downie initially appeared to be caring and concerned as he made a concerted effort to treat my dad's condition. However, when my dad was declining in a rather unexplainable manner during his last three months of life, Dr Downie basically washed his hands of my dad and any further assistance. In spite of repeated attempts by both my sister and myself to communicate with Dr Downie, all access was apparently denied and we were limited to basically useless and almost insulting communication with the nurses, on behalf of Dr Downie. Furthermore, there was not one word of correspondence from that office following Dad's passing. In my opinion, this was a very poorly handled situation and quite unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Dr Donnie is one of the best, if not the best doctor anybody could ask for. He is genuinely caring and gentle with his patients. I highly recommend him to everybody. I love him
