If I could post audio recording this would make this so much easier. Your employees love to cut people off and speak over them. This is every single time and I have multiple recordings of it. This Commission sounds like they don't know what they're doing. They don't inform clients of necessary formation and when they screw up they're going to make you wait even longer. They don't care about your life and they don't care if they screwed up pair and they're not going to remedy the situation. These employees need to find a new job or you need to find you trainers.
