Had a wonderful Valentine’s dinner with my fiancé on Saturday evening. Ambiance was perfect with a table right in front of the fireplace. Food was delicious and portions were generous. Our server was attentive and very friendly. What an amazing first impression! We will definitely be coming back soon!

We were a party of two for late lunch on a beautiful Friday afternoon. It was during COVID limited occupancy, so reservations are *required* on Fridays and Saturdays. For appetizers we had the watermelon crudo which was fresh and sweet, and the French onion soup which was tasty and less salty than most. For main courses, we had the crab cake sandwich with truffle fries and the jambalaya. The sandwich was very good. The cake was all crab meat (no filler) and the sauce very tasty. However, the fries were already on the cold side when they were brought to the table, and not very \truffly.\ The jambalaya had great flavor, and was loaded with seafood, but lacked heat (meaning it was not spicy) as I would have expected. For dessert, we shared the apple crisp. It was good. Service was attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was lovely. Overall, I would recommend.
Amazing food. Amazing Ambiance. Caring, Knowledgeable Support Staff. But we came unaware of their deep, dark secret...at least until the staff left us alone, downstairs, around 10pm. Lights started flickering, doors banging, chairs moving, movement on the dining room steps and the smell of really bad breath passing by us. We quickly went to our room. Next morning we had our 4pm dinner for breakfast and went home. On our way back home I Googled Kitty Knight....Jesus...had no idea. Was looking over my shoulder all the way back to civilization. Would we have visited knowing this? Probably not. Do we regret visiting? Definitely not. This experience will live with us for the rest of our lives. Lol Thanks for all the special care you gave us. Knowing this ahead of time...you will definitely have a good time. * update: we will definitely be back. Reading about the history of this Inn, it definitely deserves another visit. My wife says ok...just please make it in the spring or fall...so we won't be alone. The kitchen even substituted fried eggs for my mashed potatoes so I could have filets and eggs for an amazing breakfast. Who does this? Thanks for seeing our preoccupation and making it a perfect meal.
Great visit & dinner at Kitty Knight House, food & service excellent! We have not been 2 Kitty Knight 4 years! Brought new friends who have never been there before! They were impressed! Great view, outside food & Drinks area! Over all wonderful experience! Will return again in the Spring!
The building was great , however the food was awful. The maryland crab soup was so salty had to send it back. Got the rockfish it was over done and dry. Stuffed shrimp with crab imperial was also way to salty. The crab cake was not lump but back fin. The entoufee had no spice . Worse 136.00 ever spent on a meal for 4 , definitely will not go back!!!!!
