Mars hill help my bf and I rent a beautiful home. They made the entire renting process very simple. All questions and concerns we’ve had were solved immediately. Valerie and Cory helped my family when we needed it most. If I needed to look for another rental, I would call these ladies to help. As far as repair issues, Mars Hill was prompt and there was little to no wait on repairs. If the homeowner took as much pride in his investment as these ladies do in their work, it would be a seamless, happy experience. I would recommend these ladies to anyone if you need a place to live!

The staff at Mars Hill Realty are an amazing group. This is my first time to rent using a realtor and I was a little nervous and at a loss as to how the process worked, but they made the whole process smooth and easy. They also took care of us once we moved in , making sure anything/everything than needed attention with the house was taken care of with in bays of moving in. I would highly recommend Mars Hill to my friends and family.
I've lived at quite a few different rental properties before we finally landed on our own home recently, so I've seen my fair share of property \management\ styles over the years. Some were OK, most were awful. Mars Hill, by contrast, was by and far away the best team of folks we've ever worked with. A total oasis in the desert. They were always incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had issues, and they were nothing but courteous and respectful. Our rent was (really) reasonable, the unit was in great shape, and the team can't be beat. We'd gladly rent from these folks all over again. No question.
