I made an appointment to get a vaccination & was told in the email to wait in my car and that they would call me when it was time to go in. I waited for one whole hour before finally deciding to go home. As soon as i got home i got an email from them saying my visit was canceled.

Absolutely worthless. I’m writing this review as I’m getting ready for surgery. I went to this clinic a few days ago on 12/22/2018 having a sever throat pain, expecting to receive treatment. The practitioner who saw me evidently didn’t know what she was doing nor did she conducted a proper inspection, she simply ran a quick strep test and asked me a few other question, she said she found no evidence to give me antibiotic, nor treatment, even though I expressed how much pain I had. 48 hours later Now with more sever pin I decided to go to another clinic who found bacterial infection and sent me right to the ER not just with antibiotics but now under a diferente circumstance needing to drain my Tonsils as it was clearly an infection, they said if I would’ve taken antibiotic few days ago I wouldn’t have the infection and respiratory issues I have now. Please do not waste your time and Money.

What an absurd waste of money. My son came home from college, uninsured and with a yucky, itchy rash on this stomach and buttocks. I looked at it and thought, heat rash, but erred on the side of caution and decided to take him to the minute clinic. The NP asked me several times what I thought it might be. Then she...actually....brought out a book on rashes and proceed to ask me if I thought it might this rash or that rash. After an interminably long time, she prescribed us some medication and sent us on our way. I asked if it was a reasonable price, and she couldn't tell me, she thought so. Said to call her back if it was too expensive. I went to the pharmacy and it was 1300.00!!!!! So, I tried to call to get another prescription or a generic. I'm still on hold 50 minutes later.

Spent 100 at this minute clinic to be told to take Allegra for a sinus infection. I’ve had sinus infections all my life. Doesn’t take a whole lotta genius to know antihistamines that dry out your nose can make infections worse. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I had a horrific experience with this Minute Clinic. Never before in my 58 years have I experienced an employee with so little compassion and a store staff so poorly trained and ill informed. The morning of my mother's funeral, I woke with an infection and knew immediately what it was. (When you've had this particular thing before, you know the horrible symptoms.) My husband had been to this Minute Clinic a few days before with an ear infection and said he'd had a good experience (w another employee). After a while, I realized I needed treatment immediately to make it through the funeral. Worried the clinic might close for lunch, I checked the website, which said they close but didn't state time. Called the store and no one seemed to know, but finally the pharmacy tech said they closed for lunch at 2:00. I asked if she was sure and was assured that was correct. I left immediately and arrived at 1:15 p.m. and started completing the questions in an online screening. Two people were waiting. At 1:25, the terribly unpleasant older, gray-haired woman working there very abruptly told the next person waiting that she was closing for lunch & everyone would have to come back. I tried to explain my circumstance, essentially begging because of the funeral, and she literally turned her back on me. As I began weeping at the kiosk, the system also kicked me out, wiping out everything I had just put in. To say it added to my stress level is an understatement. I have never seen someone be so cold and uncaring. If there had been a door to slam in my face, she would no doubt have done that, too. I went bach to speak with a manager two days later, but she had no idea what to do and gave me an 800 number to call. She said she wasn't sure what they could actually do via that number, but that she couldn't help me or even make note of the complaint.
