Dr. Denyer is a great physcian, but his receptionist Paula is extremely rude. I have been in management over 15 years and I would not have someone like this answering my phones and scheduling my appts. When patients are calling in pain, the last thing they need to encounter is someone who is rude, cold, and not attentive to what the patient's health concern is. I hope that they get this young lady some much needed training on how to treat patients who call the office for an appointment.
He was in such a hurry, during my visit, because he had to get back to the hospital, (as per his medical assistant). He completely blew me off. He spent most of the visit on the computer, to complete the office visit note.
Top notch professional. competent and both willing and able to explain issues at a layman's terms. I would highly recommend Dr. Denyer for anyone needing the care of a cardiologist.
